All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases.
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- In their original condition with all tags attached.
- Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
